RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Baliaric, we take great care in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Since all of our products are 100% handcrafted and made in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide store credit under any circumstances, except in cases where the issue is directly attributable to us.
If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you in resolving the matter.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Each order is carefully inspected before being dispatched. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at javier@baliaric.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue so we can assess the situation.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will either:
• Arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
• Offer a repair if applicable.
• Provide a full refund if no other resolution is possible.
Please note that certain product characteristics, such as the bamboo peg holes in the canopy of our Bali parasols, are part of the handcrafted nature of the product and should not be considered defects.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns for the following items under any circumstances:
• Gift Cards
• Sale Items (FINAL SALE)
• Items that have been used, modified, or returned without original packaging and documentation
IMPORTANT NOTICE
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping details at checkout. We do not issue refunds for orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect shipping information, unpaid customs duties, or failure to provide required import documentation.
• If a package is returned to us for any of the above reasons, the customer must cover all costs for re-shipping the order. If these costs are not paid within 10 calendar days, the order will be considered forfeited, with no possibility of refund or reshipment.
