This policy applies exclusively to customers located within the European Union (EU). Customers based outside the EU are subject to our standard returns and refunds policy.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable consumer protection laws, customers located within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the withdrawal button available on our store and follow the two-step confirmation process. You will receive an automatic confirmation email upon submission.
Condition of Returned Products
Baliaric Parasol products are handcrafted luxury items shipped in bespoke, multi-layered packaging. Each individual component is carefully wrapped and packaged. Once the product has been unpackaged and assembled, it cannot be returned to its original packaging condition.
In accordance with EU consumer law, any handling of the product beyond what is strictly necessary to establish its nature and characteristics will result in a reduction of the refund amount to reflect the loss of commercial value incurred.
Deductions Applied Upon Return
The following costs will be deducted from your refund:

Return Shipping
Return shipping is entirely at the customer’s expense. Baliaric Parasol does not provide prepaid return labels. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate packaging to prevent damage during transit. Any additional loss of value resulting from inadequate packaging or damage in transit will be further deducted from the refund.
Refund Timeline
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom or personalised orders.
