SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


Order Processing & Dispatch


We strive to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, due to factors beyond our control—such as high order volumes, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen logistical constraints—delays may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will proactively notify you of any changes to your expected shipping timeline.


Unique, Handcrafted Products


All our products are 100% handcrafted by skilled artisans in Bali, ensuring each item is unique and available in limited quantities. Due to their handcrafted nature, slight variations in texture, color, or pattern may occur, which do not constitute defects but rather reflect the authenticity of the craftsmanship.


Shipping Fees & Customs Duties

For Customers in Canada, the U.S., and Europe: We offer complimentary shipping to these regions (some exclusions apply).

For Customers in Other Regions: Shipping costs are not automatically calculated at checkout. Customers must contact us directly before placing an order to receive a shipping quote. The total cost will be provided based on the delivery destination and carrier rates.

Customs & Import Duties: Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other related charges will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. These fees are imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country and are beyond our control.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy


We maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy, except in cases where the error is directly attributable to us (e.g., incorrect item sent). Under no circumstances will we accept returns or issue refunds for the following scenarios:

Failure to provide necessary customs documentation

Non-payment of customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the recipient’s country

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

Refusal to accept delivery for any reason

Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier within the required timeframe


In any of the above cases, the shipment will either:

1. Be returned to us, in which case the customer shall bear all return shipping costs, storage fees, and any applicable penalties imposed by the carrier or customs authorities. The package will then be re-dispatched to the customer upon full payment of all outstanding charges.

2. Remain unclaimed, and if the customer fails to settle the outstanding costs within 10 calendar days of notification, the order will be deemed forfeited. In such an event, no refunds, replacements, or compensations of any kind will be provided, and we reserve the right to dispose of the goods at our sole discretion.


By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms, waiving any right to dispute charges or request chargebacks related to customs, shipping, or non-retrieval of the package.
