Ibiza Hippy Chic Parasol features a gold hand-painted rim on white cream canvas, adorned with wooden beading and heart-shaped seashells.

The pole is made from hand-carved durian wood with gold-painted details and a solid brass accent. White inner threading and bamboo spokes make up a secure foundation.

Our umbrellas are light, portable, and easy to assemble and disassemble. Each parasol also comes with a cotton bag for storage.

Because each parasol is handcrafted in limited quantities and made to order, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to change of mind during the waiting period. This helps us honour the time, skill, and labour of our artisans in Bali.

If your item arrives **damaged or defective**, please contact us within **5 days of delivery** at [your email]. We’ll make it right. Kindly include clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Are they waterproof?

We put so much love and care into crafting each parasol, and they deserve a little extra love from you to ensure they last for many sunny days to come!

Although they're designed primarily as sun shades, they can handle an occasional shower and normal wind conditions. Just be sure to dry them off thoroughly before putting them away. We recommend treating them just like your outdoor cushions! And don't forget, Scotchguard is your new best friend!

Difficulty opening your parasol?

No problem! Our parasols can be a bit stiff at first, but they'll become more pliable with a few uses. We suggest flipping it upside down, gently pushing it towards the ground until it opens fully. Then, flip it back over and insert it into the bottom pole, securing it with the peg.

And remember, maintenance is key! Clean your umbrella with a soft soap and water, and a brush or cloth. With proper care, you'll be enjoying your unique Bali parasol for years to come. If you notice any black mold spots, use HG Mold Remover to keep it looking as good as new!
