For in stock items we are dispatching deliveries within 1/2 working days

While we try to keep our inventory fully stocked and ready to purchase, some items may be temporarily out of stock from time to time. As all of our products are locally produced in Bali and 100% handcrafted by individual artisans, quantities remain limited.

Items that are not in stock may be available for pre-order, which is a a great option if you’d like to secure your parasol ahead of time since certain items tend to sell out quick!

Arrival dates are tentative and may change due to ocean freight conditions that are out of our control, and we will communicate any changes to arrival dates for our preorder customers. Kindly note that our products have quite the journey to get from Bali to us in Canada, and we take care to ensure that they then get to you in the high-quality condition we are known for.
